Dr. Jon's adjustments were helpful so that earned the 2 stars. After asking lots of questions as to why I was being charged (in advance) well over my co-pay I learned the "complimentary insurance check" is not actually anything where the insurance is even contacted. My Treatment Plan included 18 medically necessary adjustments and 21 maintenance adjustments. They say the maintenance ones are never covered by insurance, however, my insurance is highly confused by everything I've told them. My insurance also told me they don't need medical codes and to have the office put in an Inquiry. I was told no by the office and that they "just know" it won't be covered. That was my last visit.

Go somewhere else. They want to be paid twice. They will bill both you and your insurance! When you refuse, they will send it to collections.

Highly recommend for they have done a fantastic work on my body to correct lower back and balance issues
