The people who work at this store are the unfriendliest I have ever met. They are NO help and act like they have no time for customers. Don't expect much out of the Sprint store either. And God help you if you want a Radioshck employee to do ANYTHING for a Sprint customer..."they are 2 different stores".

Sprint is now sharing half store with rs. They suck. Nicole from sprint side lies to you regarding new sprint contracts.I didn't want contract had 14 days to change my mind she said nothing would happen to my old phone and I would get it back. When I changed my mind and didn't want contract she said my old phone had already been reset and I would get a replacement phone. Don't go to sprint. They so suck. Go to us cellular. They also have prepaid. Sprint won't tell you you're spending 2,000 every two years for a phone!!!!! Most don't. On a good note David at radio shack is fantastic. No high pressure on the radio shack side. Do not cross over to the sprint side!

I shopped there 3 times and each time was pressured the moment I walked in too find something too buy and if I wanted a cell phone, 1st time I bought a wireless mouse, and immediately the sales associate tried too get me too buy rechargable batteries with it, 2nd time I went too buy ear bud headphones and was again pressured into buying a verizon phone, which I didnt even need, so they got convinced me to sign a 2 year contract on a phone bill I could never afford. the sales associate didn't seem to care about my questions about the charges or anything. and finally the third time I went there, was too have my cell phone I bought from them looked at, the manager of the local branch, looked over the phone and said there was nothing he could do for me, the phone was out of warranty, even though I had 12 days left! Never go too a radioshack! there interested in only robbing you blind, and don't know a thing about what there selling! they boast about having highly trained associates there, when in all reality a 12 year old is smarter then them... Avoid these money trap stores!!!
