I was so impressed by the friendliness and compassion of all staff. Going to the dentist is my least favorite thing to do in the entire world. In a world where everyone needs to make sure they are safe during this pandemic, this can even be troublesome to thoes who like to have regular cleanings. The staff at family dental practice was diligent in their efforts to make all who enter feel safe and comfortable. Their practice of social distancing (whenever possible), clean environment, mask wearing standards, as well as limiting contact (check ins, and waiting areas), displays an unwavering commitment to the safety of all who enter. Dr. Will personally took notice of my "dentist fears", and with his staff, went out of their way to make my experience as pain free as possible. Nobody likes to have a tooth removed, let alone having 2 at the same time, however I couldn't imagine having a better experience under these circumstances. Dr. Will made sure to check on my pain level during extraction, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Their chairs even have a built in massager which helped me to remain relaxed. I will be using this practice for ALL future dental needs.
