It's one thing to be arrogant, obnoxious and foul mouthed if you know what you're doing. It's another thing if you don't. This guy is the last "tech" you want to contact if you're having computer problems. I made the mistake of going there once. It won't happen again. When he was done my computer worked worse than ever and he wouldn't admit to his mistake. Lousy service, terrible work. Don't make the same mistake I did.
