I love SAS - they are so friendly and professional. They guided me through every step of the process of getting my alarm system - it was easy and stress free. Thier pricing is reasonable and thier attention to detail is wonderful. I like that it's a smaller company and they know who I am when I call in to them - a human being in Watertown, MA answers the phone every time, no computer systems to wrangle with or outsourced customer service that you can't understand. I definately reccomend SAS to anyone looking for a great security system and great customer service.
