Best food market around; fresh and good prices. It is always crowded, hard to find parking place during the weekend.

We get up early on Saturday and Sunday mornings to try and get to Russo's before it's too crowded. But the word is out, and this place is always full of shoppers - so a review seems unnecessary! Everyone already seems to know this is the best place around for *fresh* and exotic produce, awesome ravioli and pasta, wonderful cheeses, great fresh breads and pastries, including the best croissants, and wonderful salads and prepared hot dishes. Supermarket veggies just don't compare. I swear the veggies from Russo's taste better. They also have a great selection of seasonal flowers and plants. When we moved into town from the burbs, we worried we'd never find anything as good as Idlewild in Acton, but we have. And to top it off, the prices are low. The place is always crowded, so maybe I shouldn't spread the word any more. I feel very lucky to have Russo's in my neighborhood, and judging by the cars lining up to park, happy I can get there without driving.

Not your ordinary chain supermarket. Their vegetables and fruits are fresher than anywhere else. And best of all, they are the least expensive. I'm always fascinated by the variety of stuff they got. No wonder they are so busy! But the lines move so fast.
