I have never written an on-line review, but feel compelled to here. If you are thinking about having a birthday party here, think again. After speaking with people here three times to book and confirm our event, we showed up for our daughter's three year old birthday party and they had no idea we were coming. None. The room was not set up and the table was dirty with crumbs and remnants of parties gone by. There were also weeks-old deflated ballons above the table. Far from trying to solve the problem, the owner suggested that we were somehow at fault for thinking we could arrive a few minutes early and set up the room. It strained logic (let alone good customer service) to think that we had any hand in (a) his failure to know about a party we booked and confirmed with his employees; and (b) his failure to keep a party room clean. It was nonsensical. His mantra was that the customer must be wrong. Disappointing. We won't be back and would advise you to look elsewhere for
