Tracking package that was sent from MN May 5. Sked delivery date 5/9. Changed to 5/11 then to 5/11 by 9 pm?? Then to 5/13. What the hell. It was scanned in at 5/7 in Watertown. Sent a parcel to a friend by USPO and arrived when I was told it was to arrive . Time to switch carriers folks!!!

why doesn't the ups driver deliver packages to the designated apartments? leaving packages in the mail area in the building, they get stolen. in the past they have delivered the packages to our apartments. its not acceptable to leave any package in the mail area at 2171 e. main. Eastgate apartments. thank you

I have a tracking # and the delivery on the way. I have to leave the house and be back in an hour. Called UPS customer center and asked a) likely time of delivery meaning whether the truck is in our neighborhood b) whether signature required. Based on their reply I can make a move to address my other work. They would not co-operate to provide any helpful reply except it can be up to 7 pm they will deliver. What a helpful service!
