Nissan Frontier. Liked it the first week. Then the brakes just went out in traffic. Lucky no one was killed. After inspection we were told that the truck was so badly rusted underneath repairs to the brakes would be $1200. The dealership should have NEVER sold the truck in this condition. It wasn't safe & obviously they didn't inspect it. Also said that the steering column needed to be replaced. We paid to have the front brakes fixed. I informed the dealership & they agreed to fix rest of the brake issue. We were afraid to drive it on the highways. Then it started smoking. Took it to have the oil Xed. They said truck was such a mess they couldn't tell us what was wrong with it & the dealership sold us a lemon. The whole inside of the engine was full of old & new oil. Frame rusted so bad it is on the verge of freezing up. Engine is about to go, leaking oil badly. I contacted the dealer. They basically told me no. We are paying over $9k for a truck that drove for less than a month.

I love my PT Cruiser. I love my salesman Mark even more for setting me up with this great deal. Best Buy Auto Sales in Waterloo is the best place to purchase a new used vehicle. My experience was nothing short of amazing. They had a large selection of cars to choose from, finance options based on all levels of credit, and a fantastic customer service team.



I'm a smart shopper, watch my dollars carefully, and don't feel pressured to buy. I had initially contacted Best Buy, on referral, in April. Mark listened carefully to what I needed, ran my report, and discussed with me my finance options. He also went an extra step and explained what to do if I wanted a lower monthly payment. I didn't buy in April, however I did make Best Buy my first stop in August. As expected they set me up with something that was low mileage, very affordable, and had me driving my car off the lot the very same day I purchased it. LOVE THIS COMPANY. If you're looking for a new used vehicle, maybe don't have such great credit, then this is certainly the place for you.

They had great customer service. Had a problem with my car a month after I bought it and they fixed it at no cost when I did not have any warranty. I will be buying my kids cars their too
