Hopskeller Brewing Company is an award-winning, 10-bbl brewpub in the heart of historic downtown Waterloo, Illinois. The ales made on-site focus on Northwestern American and English styles. In addition to craft beer and a full bar (which offers one of the most comprehensive offerings of local Illinois wines in the area), we also serve pizzas, brats, hot dogs, and pretzels from our wood-fired oven.
