I have been taking my dog to Sheer Bliss for over a year. I have Never had a problem with them!! They do a great job with my dog who has many problems. She always looks good and have never had a problem with the staff. The staff is always kind and helpful and my dog loves it!!

NOT SHEER BLISS. IT WAS SHEER TERROR! I took my sweet dog there and we were both treated terrible. A HORRIBLE place to take your pet! My dog was BUTCHERED! BOTH OWNERS ADMITTED that they had given my dog a HORRIBLE CUT. But, I was still charged 42.+ for the NIGHTMARE experience! I was so upset when they told me to leave or they would have me thrown out. I tried to get an explanation as to why my little dog was chopped up like a child got to it with a pair of scissors. They ran around yelling "get out" and don't come back. I replied, I would tell other people about what you have done, they said, "We don't care". We don't care about our CUSTOMERS!! I have never been treated so poorly by any business establishment in my life. I would tell everyone, IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PET PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR GROOMING NEEDS. My dog now hangs her head. This wil be posted on ANGIES LIST, and with the BBB. Let's put a end to supporting bad business in Waterloo and Cedar Falls. Spread the word
