Outstanding customer service. Not only was it a Saturday, but almost 100 degrees and the service tech was out promptly to service my broken a/c unit. Back up and running in no time. Thank you for great service.
Mike came into my house and bad mouthed my other quotes, asking more than once to "let me see those, I bet they aren't any good" I did not appreciate his "tough sale" tactic, nor did my husband.I realize they have only been in business for 3 years, but he did not need to pressure me into buying from him!

This company overcharged my credit card and then refused to give me a refund!! The service repair man was at my house for a total of less than one hour and my credit card was charged $250.00. My unit was still under full warrenty, so I should not even have been charged in the first place! When I questioned Mike Fereday about this he hung up on me. I am currently in a dispute through the Better Business Bureau with Mike Fereday heating and Cooling regarding this charge to my credit card. PLEASE-- DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH WHAT I HAVE BEEN THROUGH WITH THESE PEOPLE-- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! IF THEY DID IT TO ME THEY WILL NOT THINK TWICE ABOUT DOING IT TO YOU!!
