This truly is one of the 10 wonders of the Midwest! If you have not tried this place and live within 2 hours-shame on you! The atmosphere alone is worth it. An enormous amount of work has gone into this restaurant; it should be filled to capacity every evening. I am from Cedar Rapids, IA and nothing comes close to this place. Not only is it a beautiful venue but the prices are unbelievable and the food is fabulous! The city of Waterloo should be honored it was chosen have Paco's fine dining in its community!
