The worst experience ever, I didn't get to use their services because of the quality employees they have to run the business. The employee was very rude to start with; he started yelling just because he didn't know where my house was at. Because of that, I started calling other places but I happened to call the same place; unfortunately, he answered and went off and when I asked him the per-mile rate he just started yelling like a crazy person. I hope the employee gets help because he has issues.
City Cab in the Waterloo, Cedar Falls Iowa area is a good service and I feel that it will bring about businesses and positive changes for this area. It is a fairly new business and even though the cabs are usually quick, professional looking, and clean inside and out, the cab drivers have to answer there cell phones while driving to get trips while customers are in the car. It is unsafe and illegal for cab drivers to be answering the phones, writing information down on paper, texting and driving all at the same time, especially with passengers in the car. My driver was having a very difficult time trying to juggle these things all at once and until this changes, I will not be riding in any City Cab, especially not with my kids or family. I am greatly concerned for the safety of all Waterloo, Cedar Falls, area City Cab drivers as well as the customers of City Cab. I believe customers should come first and that our safety should also be a high priority.
