TC Cross Paving cares little about people in the area of their work. Today, 17 September, 2010 they had a crew at the American Legion Post in Waterford, PA using a concrete cut-off saw at or before 7:00 AM making an extreme amount of noise. When I confronted the crew at about 7:15 AM asking for the foreman or person in charge, one of their people responded, "Nobody if there's a gun involved." I told them there were surely a lot of people in the area still trying to sleep to which the same person responded, "Dude, we've got a job to do."That ended the discussion. This contractor is from outside Waterford, PA but appears to care little for the residents of Waterford. They should be supported to the same extent they care for the area's residents.Richard Roth
