Bait and switch on project design and materials. Charged us the $150/yr contractor charge for having underground utilities flagged. Charged us for premium materials then showed up with below par garbage. Tried to rush the job making shortcuts so he could get done sooner. Everything was in total disregard for the contract. He never obtained a permit. We halted the job when we saw the shoddy work. City code enforcement came and stated job was "not up to code". Enough said.
