I have used this business for the past 4 years at the recommendation of a company my husband works for. I have always found everyone there to be courteous and helpful and MORE IMPORTANTLY diligent. I emailed a file over in the middle of the night and my project was completed for me the next morning. They live up to their name and then some. I have used them for signs, banners and posters for Golf Outings, Walks, Trade Shows, sandwich boards and more.

Horrible customer service. Employee complaining about personal problems 'having to take father to doctors appointments' instead of providing customer service. Customers are not your personal therapists! For 3 weeks kept forgetting to return phone call then annoyed when my business called back to find status of our order. One day sign employee then hung up on my staff. They lost the sale. Their company must be wealthy in order to afford to treat customers in such a fashion! Folks, don't waste your precious time. Find another company to deal with. My time is valuable - I'm running a company of my own. I'd fire an employee who treated my customers in that fashion.

We paid and then they were to ship to us in Pa. There were misspellings and still to this day they haven't completed the order. We paid extra for a heavy duty sign post and never got it. They left words out on the banner and then they sent us tiny letters to fit instead of doing it right. 300. down the drain. We had to get the sign done over locally, we bugged them to do us right and they just laughed at us. Don't make the same mistake we did, find somebody with a good rep. who will do your business right.

Great place too get signs they make them very quick!
