The company is qualified to bid both as a prime contractor and subcontractor on projects with the Michigan Department of Transportation, and serves various regional, county and municipal agencies and private developers. It provides services, including concrete pavement restoration, realignment and repair, runway construction, crack filling and microsurfacing, pavement rehabilitation, sewer works, road reconstruction and underground utility works. The company coordinates the project field operations, and manages heavy equipment, commercial fleet purchasing, maintenance and scheduling. It also manages office procedures, such as engineering and estimating, as well as accounting and administration.
