Hey everyone! This park is older community but very nice. All ages live in park. Extra parking available for more than I car families I'm on a waiting list now, so this means that I'm not the only that thinks this is a nice place for my family. Manager nice and speaks Spanish too!

I live in this park. I work close by so I can walk to work. Park is clean and quiet, NO PROBLEMS. Good neighbors and good place for the family.(:

I just went to see park. New owners/new management from last year. Yes older park but very clean and very reasonable lot rent. Very quiet. All homes look older BUT all painted and really well maintained as I drove through. Its close to all shopping. Great location and management always on site. Nice cars parked in front of homes, means working class people. Kids play in their yards, not in streets. As I drove through to check things out, I saw tenants with smiles. Love the barn used for maintenance in the back. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. Highly recommend.

This is a rather old mobile home park that has its pros and cons. Pro #1.. if a person is looking for something rather cheap this could be for such. Possibly a good place for low income and or the disabled who has little income. Pro #2 there are lots of business within walking distace such as Wendys,. KMart, Chase Bank and so forth. Con#1.. 95% of all mobile homes are old and not up to code. Living in such could be a health hazard. Con #2.. the streets are in total disrepair. ALL the roads should be torn out and replaced. Little to some care one into a smooth ride throughout the park. Con #3.. there is no place to take shelter if a tornado or sever storm come through. It is every man/woman/child for them self Con #4... there is NO playground or area for the numerous children that reside with their parents. Often you will see then darting between cars and trailers.
