Horrible experience. I have been waiting for my contact order for four months. I have gotten excuse after excuse, and have felt some of them are outright lies. Although I have requested several times for follow up, I have never gotten a return phone call, and more than that I have been brushed off when I finally do talk with someone. I suggest you find another provider.

This guy is an absolute crook. I have been waiting for 8 weeks for a pair of glasses that were promised to be in within a week. Everytime i call i get put on hold for at least a half hour each time and when i call back everyone in the office mysteriously disappears until closing time. The three times that i have gotten through i have been told they will be there in a few days. I have been without glasses for 6 weeks now because of this man due to my old ones breaking 2 weeks after my appointment. I can now not drive or take my son anywhere becasuse i need glasses to see, as well as LOST MY JOB. I hope this man is proud of himself.
