The company has employees that don't speak or understand English that well the company doesn't pay there employees that good. The company is to stupid to give someone a job who has yrs of manufacturing experience with the same job that they do and being a lead person instead if seeing the experience that the person has or what that person can do for there company with the yrs of experience that they have they give you a 5 th grade math test and a test that has nothing to do with what the job is about and they judge you for that so what does math have to do with running a manufacturing machine that is a automatic machine or being a lead person. Like do you need math to drive a car no you don't you only need to know the mechanical operation of the engine and what makes it run and stop and how to fix it if it brakes down just like a machine you need to be experienced in machines. And its way of operation and what math do you need to be a good lead person all you need is good sense of leadership and to know your operation and what it takes to run your machine and your employees with a good safe profitable production operation so I don't think that this is a good company for a experience English speaking person to be working at.
