November 11, 2009 Kid's Town, LLC., is a NAEYC accredited program and a school readiness site. Todate, Kid's Town, LLC., has educated over thiry (30) staff members in higher education and will continue to encourage staff to achieve degrees in Early Childhood Education. Kid's Town, LLC., requires all staff to attend meetings,workshops, write lesson plans, prepare for parent conferences, build strong relationships with children, parents, and their community. I'm very grateful and proud to be a part of this wonderful tieam and have had the opportunity development by education and best friends. I'm a long term team member and when another staff is not a match because my employer demands only the very best of the team, when someone doesn't perform to their very best they are asked to leave and are always wished the very best in all endeavors. In my term of employment I have had the pleasure of seen children start in the infant program and grow into the school age program.
