John narrows replacement choices, and suggested a Whirlpool bottom freezer that fits and has a reliable track record. Prices quoted are competitive, and these guys service what they sell. I usually just but new appliances because repairmen want so much. My built in microwave was dead this morning and I use it for everything. I called allstar and they said if I brought it down repairs aren't that expensive. I figured I'd be without a microwave for a while. They called a few hours later and had it fixed. It was $58 and works like new.
