Massabesic Center for Adult Learning offers various programs for adults to pursue academic, vocational and enrichment opportunities; increase their economic strength; and contribute to their families, communities and workplaces. Its academic curriculum includes English, social studies, science, math, humanities, computer applications, career exploration, work internship and community service. The center employs several academic and vocational counselors who assist students with career counseling, as well as conducts various certificate and training programs. Massabesic Center for Adult Learning also organizes several health and recreation activities and enrichment programs. It additionally conducts the English as a Second Language Program. The center is located in Waterboro, Maine, and is a part of Maine School Administrative District 57, which governs various elementary, middle and high schools.
