      Technician arrived as scheduled communicated his time frame. He was thorough and explained the issue with both my washer and dryer. He gave tips for owner maintenance and was very professional and courteous. I had a great experience and service was also completed same day which was a blessing!

      Had a service on my Craftman lawn tractor (that has been nothing but headaches from day one) and had a new mower deck installed and the first time out on it the engine started spewing thick blue smoke and I had to abandon the tractor... I sent $375 on the service and cannot use the tractor. They said the work was warrantied, but the inconvenience is the annoying aspect. My advice, don't EVER buy a Craftman anything, they are complete trash and don't bother with the service, its a waste of time
