Very disappointed. Moved here a few months ago and loved your food up until yesterday. The day prior they made a mistake on a hero I ordered so I called them and they were actually very nice on the phone , said she wrote it down and they accidently got it wrong and offered me a credit. So yesterday I ordered a large pie, not only was the girl extremely rude to my husband but when he got the pizza home it was an utter monstrosity and not even edible. Clearly they do not know how to handle a complaint about a mistake they made. We are very disgusted and will never order from you again. We referred a lot of friends, family , and co workers to you but after yesterday we will let everyone know how poorly you handled the situation. If you can't handle a complaint for a mistake you made then maybe you should consider a different profession or hiring more capable employees.

This is the best Pizza in Washingtonville! Our family doesn;t have family night on Fridays without it at least 3 times a month. Don't forget to try their awesome garlic knots. Your family with love you for it!

I loved their Pizza...the crust was exceptional and there was just enough sauce thought I would have likes a bit more cheese.
