Haven't been to the SubHouse in 18 years, but I remember the red chili sauce and that it was really good. Had lunch there today, and was very disappointed the sub contained two slices of meat that WERE NOT as thick as a slice of American cheese, and a strip of chili sauce as wide as a pencil. Even though the bread and veggies were were super fresh and yummy, I won't return.

I have ordered take out probably ten times from here with great service until today..I only received half of my food. two adult meals and two childrens i got one adult and one child paid for all..when I called they offered me a credit or to resend the food. I sked to have it resent and was told it would be 45to an hr. I agreed and asked if they do anything to compensate for the inconvenience and was told no nothing. Asked to speak with a manager and she said she was the manager, no apology no thank you. Extremely rude. Ill never go again.
