I agree with "Charles A.". This store is simply awful! There is a man there, the manager, I believe, who is obnoxious. About a year ago, I was charged $99.00 for a bluetooth headset (generously marked down from their usual $129.00 - just for me!), then later learned that the "list" price for that item was $99.00, but it is ordinarily discounted to less than $55.00.

I was in there to get a new phone, and mentioned offhandedly that price I had paid in the past was high. You would have thought that I had insulted the man’s parenthood! He became aggressive, obnoxious and confrontational. I tried to keep it light... but that didn’t work. I mentioned that I had continued to buy from them – that the past price was no big deal. Didn’t help. After all, he said, “We’re a small business, just trying to make money. What do you expect. You can’t expect us to compete with Amazon!” and on, and on, and on. I again tried to get him to lighten up, as I was about to spend a good bit of money with him again.

I ended up leaving, quite confused by his attitude and behavior. I’ll never set foot in that store again.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE FOR ANYTHING!

Alan, the store owner is a crook. I purchased a phone in December of 2015 with the understanding that Verizon would be sending me a text of the location to send my old phone along with a $200 rebate, still waiting. I last talk to him in April 2016 and he tells me Verizon is behind sending the text messages. I called Verizon and they have no knowledge of the offer he sold me. I have reported him to the BBB. DO NOT USE THIS CROOK!!!!

UPDATE. I got my money back after the BBB got involved. It's sad that I had to go this far. I will give a big shout out to Verizon, they also got involved with the BBB to solve this issue and they had it completed in less than 1 week. I have no complaints about Verizon.

My experience was great, they were courteous and very helpful, this is not my first trip to the store, and in prior visits they have always been most helpful.

I've been to this location several times. Every time I visit this store the employees there are rude and condescending. They try to sell you the world, making offers and promises that they cannot abide to. This includes the so-called manager of the location. I would highly recommend anyone in need of Verizon services make the short trip to any of the other locations in the area.
