Terrible work and customer service. When I complained about the quality of work the man who did the job called and yelled at me for submitting my complaint!!!! They quality of work was very bad!!! Don't use them!!

I have done business with this company for over 20 years and they have always supplied the best products at the best price and in some instances warrantied trees or shrubs long after the warrany period. Plus they have real nursery people that know how to solve problems. This company has been great to work with

Do business with a local nursery close to your home that will honor what they say on their warranty. Had a tree delivered and planted. They left huge tire tracks in yard and had to replace grass and top soil that area. Tree died within a 4 month period and would not honor their one year warranty if they planted it. Only wanted to replace with another one by 50% off and not deliver and replant with out paying full price for it. It's too bad a business has to operate in such a manner to get those quick sales with no follow up to make their customers happy. Just placed a large order with another nursery company closer to home. I'll bet they wish they had.

Having Marcum's Nursery do a small landscaping project: $2,830.65, dealing with broken promises, unreturned phone calls, over 5 months of headache and ending up with a project that does not even include the contractual elements agreed to and recommended by their Landscape Designer.



Having a reputable nursery do what we wanted done in the first place: Don't even know yet!



Not having to deal with Marcum's anymore: PRICELESS
