Well I'm probably like everybody else not real big on going to the dentist but unfortunately it is a necessary evil. I've found Dr. Grewal and Dr. Meghadri whom I've seen now for a couple of years to both do very good work​. The office is clean the staff is friendly and professional, they make what would normally be a painful unpleasant experience into a good one. I've had several instances over the past couple years that I've had a problem with a tooth didn't have an appointment called the office and without hesitation they made room on the schedule and had me come right in. If you need dental work give Washington Family Dentistry a shot I recommend using their service.

I don't recommend this dentist. My daughter had two root canals done here. Both have infections underneath and now has to have her tooth pulled. My husband had post and crowns done. One of the crowns keeps coming off.

It is a very friendly and welcoming office environment. Went to this office because my friend recommended it. My dentist at the time told me that my broken bridge could not be replaced. That the only option was a partial denture. I did not want that. So I came to this office for a second opinion. Dr. Meghadri and Dr. Grewal, the dentists, both said that it is possible to get a new bridge done. The office gave a fair price for the dental work. Within a few weeks I had my new bridge. It looked natural and fit well. I've been with this office ever since.

I would recommend this office to my friends and family.

This is the WORST dentist I have ever been too; I made the huge mistake of switching here when I got new insurance, and then purchasing the Invisalign (clear braces) through them, which requires appointments every 6 weeks - and it literally has been nothing but stress and headaches with this office since.



Their office hours are very inconvenient, and have decreased availability since I started with them almost 2 years ago. At first I was able to get my appointments around 4-5pm, and go after work, but there is now only 1 doctor that does the Invisalign, and he changed his hours to only Wednesdays and Fridays, 8-2. Anyone who works a normal work week cannot make these hours!! I have to take a scheduled vacation day and lose hours at work just in order to make my appointments because he reduced his hours at the office. Did I mention that this is EVERY 6 weeks?! I have tried talking to them many times about this issue, but they are not accommodating whatsoever.



They are also very rude on the phone when you have questions, and multiple times they have snapped at me - when I am trying to be as nice as possible, despite my frustrations. I have gotten "you are not listening" and "are you hearing what I am saying" when I don't agree with what they are trying telling me - wow, great customer service! Not.



The wait time is horrible when you are there for appointments. I am always waiting a minimum of 45 minutes to an hour until they call me back into the room. They also have had to reschedule my appointments multiple times, but don't accommodate me for making the changes, and push my appointments back even further (which sets my Invisalign progress back) - they should try to fit me in asap and make accommadations since it was their decision to cancel my appointment, but instead I repeatedly get told, they are booked for the next 2 weeks and they can't fit me in until then, DESPITE the fact that I had an appointment and THEY were the ones that canceled it.



I have also had multiple experiences where my Invisalign has gotten messed up, because they have made mistakes. I have been questioning whether they are really certified to be doing this. I am now going onto close to 2 years with my Invisalign, when it was only supposed to take me 1 year and 2 months, and it doesn't seem like I will be done anytime soon.



I usually don't like to bash anyone, but I highly recommend that you DO NOT use this dentist.
