I purchased perennials from the garden center and was told to they could be returned if they died if I had my receipt or my Lowe's card. Well all the plants died. I spent around $30. When I called to get replacements, they say it is not good on clearance plants. Why don't they specify that when you are buying them. I am highly upset. '
