I called Grus Appliance Service a week ago after my dishwasher stopped working. I was able to schedule an appointment within the week and the service man showed up on time. He was professional, friendly, and worked very quickly. My dishwasher has never worked better, so I would say he provided great service. Would recommend to friends and family!

appointment 9:00 am was at home waiting for the repair man had to call 2x to make sure they were coming told me that the appliance is no good to work on lied also stating he came by call on my caller id at 8:24 very unprofessional CUSTOMER SERVICE .
