Frick's Quality Meats has been supplying America's heartland with a variety of fresh products since 1896, but it is most famous for its boneless, 97 percent fat-free hams. The company also produces and distributes, bologna, polish sausage, frankfurters, smoked sausage, bratwurst, bacon, brisket, bone-in steak, turkey and numerous flavors of ham. Founded in 1896, Frick s Quality Meats was incorporated in 1957 and began manufacturing hams and sausages for the retail trade in the early 1960s. Today, its products are sold in grocery stores throughout the Midwest and in certain Northeastern and Southwestern states. Frick s Quality Meats is headquartered in Washington, Mo.
