The process includes expanding and contracting the glass safely to allow complete penetration of our revolutionary resins that are stronger than the glass itself to completely penetrate and fill any possible voids. Once all air is removed and all voids completely filled, the damaged area is capped and then cured with a UV lamp for a few seconds. Once cured, the excess resin is removed and the repair is polished to match the windshield.
