ZUMBA classes are awesome. Instructor (YUMMY TYLER) is very thorough. Classes are modified for Seniors and the cardio portion of class is very well monitored and controlled. LINE DANCE is used as warm up and intro to Cardio. It's like being on a television show!!!!!

WSWC is the first of it's kind in Washington. The vision of Mrs. Lynden Griffen is still thriving. The first center opened in 1985 and we are still serving our Seniors! there is no cost District residents. Orientation is on Mondays at 11am and Thursday at 2pm . You only need proof of age and residency. (your D.C. drivers license or non- drivers license will do). Come in for a tour. We would love to have you!!!
