I had them install many items in mine and my boyfriends cars (subwoofers, head units and alarms with autostart). They show up late to appointments without calling. They leave a huge mess every time. They left wires on my driveway and in my car. One appointment-- which was a follow-up -- they were supposed to come at 3 pm on Sunday. The phone went straight to voicemail and they finally called at 6 pm to say they would be there soon. They finally finished at 11 pm and the next morning my car had an empty coffee cup, cut wires all over the floor and 1/4 tank of gas was gone because they had the hot air blowing the whole time they were working. Horrible, horrible customer service. They show up with girlfriends in their car, leave because they forgot a tool and dont come back til 3 or 4 hours later. The work they do is ok. Would not use their service again

Top Notch did a great job installing the Motorola bluetooth device that I gave my wife for her birthday. It was very convenient to have them perform the installation at my house. They arrived on-time and were professional and courteous. The system looks great and is working very well!
