DO NOT USE THESE SERVICES!! The "glowing" reviews are FAKE!! Called last Wednesday for a move today. Spoke with "Moe" who confirmed a few times "100%" that they could do the move. When he didn't call back to confirm the time both Wednesday and Thursday, i had to call him and he claimed Monday @ 9am. Claimed he would confirm Sunday and when the evening came with no communication Sunday, i called and again, "100%" @ 9am. Today at 930 i called and Moe sounded like i woke him up but assured that his workers were 5 mins away. Called back 30 mins later and this time was told, by Moe, that his workers were finishing another job and would be done in an hour, but the "good thing" was they were working down the street from me!! I told him if no call in 30 mins to confirm by 11 I'll go with the original company i had previously told him i was cancelled for his services. Of course, no call. This service and Moe are not people of their word, incompetent to conduct business and scared to be upfront with a customer and instead just tries hustle the customer into accepting being inconvenienced with no ethical business practices. What was the reason for not being honest and upfront so I'm not screwed? DON'T USE MOE AND SIGNATURE MOVERS FOR ANYTHING!! NOT REPUTABLE WITH LOW/NO CHARACTER; CAN'T RESPECT ANY MAN THAT CAN'T DEMONSTRATE MANHOOD!!
