Only use this company if you are looking to get scammed. I have a Home Warranty program in Washington DC and when I was having plumbing issues, I contacted them and they sent over a technician from this company. The technician completed the work and gave me one quote, however, refused to work through the Home Warranty program that sent them to me in the first place insisting that I pay the entire bill myself and then seek reimbursement from the Home Warranty IF they even covered the work he already did. When I insisted to speak with management and informed them that they would need to go through the company that sent them out in the first place, they drafted an invoice that was over 3-times the amount that they quoted me directly. This of course caused huge problem with the Home Warranty and putting me, the customer in the middle of a business dispute. I recommend that you reevaluate your choice to use this company; you’ve been warned.

I’ve been using Magnolia Plumbing at my residence since I moved in almost 16 years ago. I’ve always had great service and purchase an annual contract for maintenance visits and savings on repairs. My last two visits have been with Tan who is very thorough and suggested smaller repairs to extend the life of my units rather than replace the whole units prematurely.

Carlos was top notch. Went way above the call of duty on a 100+ degree day to get my AC up and running again. Had genuine care and concern for me and my family and went the extra mile for me.

Professional, friendly service arrived quickly and made sure I was completely satisfied. Highly recommended.

7 years ago they sent Howard a slaesman manger(?) to my home, who corrected every problem in the house. A total pipe replacement, new hot water heater, and new pipe from the street. The service was fantastic, and have I had no need for any plumbing work since. Thank you magnolia for having the vision to do it right the first time.

I had a horrible experience with another company and decided to call Magnolia because the other company did not seem to know what they were doing. The other company charged me $486 to clean my boiler but evidently did not even do that because I still had no heat. I had been searching the Internet for a solution because the other company was giving me the run around, saying I needed a chimney sweep for a fake fireplace that had never been used. They said that something was blocking the heat from going up the chimney. A chimney sweep later and still no heat.After explaining my dilemma to Magnolia, they came right out in a few hours, diagnosed the problem and showed me exactly what was causing the heat to keep cutting off. I am a senior citizen and have gotten ripped off a lot but this company is very professional and upfront with everything and knowledgeable about their business. They don't try to hide anything or try to put one over on you and their pricing is reasonable. EXCELLENT

magnolia plumbing has the best plumbers that i have ever come in contact with they installed my water heater in no time at all they even explained to me why it failed i did not understand a word of what they were talking about but they cleaned up the mess my old water heater made when it flooded my basement they even took the call at 6:00 P.M. when everybody else i called kept trying to make me wait until tomorrow they came that night came on time called ahead of time to let me know they where coming they even wore things over their work boots to protect my hardwood floor and they put down sheets they brought with them to protect my carpet i think they called them drop cloths but I'm not sure they even gave me a pretty nice price by taking money of the price they quoted me with something called a service contract they said it is good for a year and they would check my sinks, toilets, and anything else i needed them to check out by the time they left my house i was very satisfied
