Did a great job installing my ac system came and installed it same day. And they stayed till 8 pm and didn't charge me overtime rate. Great company . I highly recommend this company.
I concur with the previous customer, 115 gal hot water tank went out called this company to replace for a guest house with full occupancy. Four days later no hot water another 3 days later no hot water. Company very laid back "oh we'll have someone come look at it" In the mean time this is killing my business.

Terrible. I went a whole winter (with a new baby) having to manually start the NEW boiler they installed each time it went off. Owner kept insisting the thermostat needed to be calibrated even though it was digital and the manufacturers stated that digitals cannot be calibrated. Every mechanic they sent out only looked at the boiler, saw that it was on (duh! I had started it) and left. Finally near end of winter knowlegeable mechanic saw that ignitor was bad. After it was replaced another part had to be replaced. Since then running OK but saw no change in gas consumption over my 25 year old boiler and I specifically asked for the most energy efficient boiler. And forget their remodelling group. They do not stand behind their work.
