The Housing Assistance Council promotes homeownership for low-income, rural families. The organization publishes HAC News and has offices in Georgia, New Mexico, California and Missouri. It sponsors training workshop on issues related to housing development, financing and construction. The Housing Assistance Council administers research programs and provides technical assistance services.
