Around here, we call it "Famous Luigi's"--"The service is good," says my friend Mauricio

..."but the food more than makes up for it!" It's true--you have to have some time to spare when you sit down at a checkered-clothed table at Famous Luigi's. That's because the locals know about it, and it's usually packed! Your dinner will be worth the wait, though: homestyle italian, the kind with lots of cheese over everything; sauces made fresh; fat ravioli...YOU know. Be sure and get the spinach, made with lots of garlic and olive oil, and sprinkled with fresh lemon juice. I always get the spinach. Be warned, too: the Tira Misu is NOT for children! Children are welcome, though, as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, neighbors...
