Great experience! Company was quick and prompt to answer my request for an estimate, making an appointment with them was easy and I felt the price they gave me to repair my rubber belt that was about to brake was very good and I didn't felt taken advantage off . The technician was very knowledgeable and very courteous. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Excellent service! They provided a quote over the phone and came out the next day to replace my torsion springs and rollers.

Fortunately, my wife figured out what was wrong with the garage door, so we did not use their services. This 5* is only for the prompt answering over a weekend and immediate appointment they gave me and for the fact that they said they will come out and give a free on-service quote

He also gave me instructions for self-maintenance so issues like this doesn't occur again. Typically a company would not be forthcoming or just try to nickel and dime you but manager and his company truly are there to help you and a good honest company.

I contacted the business manager that night and the tech came over in next day to replace my broken spring in torsion system. He converted it to standard torsion system in about 1 hour. He did an excellent job and ensure every part of the system worked properly before he handed over.

My door popped off of tracks and tension cable popped off. Came that morning and only a service ticket to fix. 1 year warranty. Senior discount. They will be my vendor going forward. Great job guys and the best experience from a potentially $$$ situation.
