I wrote a review earlier and said they were terrible. I'm retracting that review. The first year was very hard for us because it was a new services for my Mom. Kemi did work with us to make sure my mother's Case Manager was staying on top of my mother needs. I wish that my mother's case manager would check on my mother more often like she had when she was with SOME. I will talk with Michael and Kemi to see if her case manager can be more caring. So in saying this I'm retracting my earlier review and will work more closely with them.
