Awful: Terrible communication. Nothing gets done unless you go down and speak to somebody face to face and even then very little gets done. Terrible accounting system, no customer service when something goes wrong. Do not use them for anything. Even their parking lots are terribly run.

I recently had the pleasure of using Atlantic Valet for my event, and I must say it was a great experience. They were efficient, polite and overall great to work with. I will definitely use them again!

Donna is amazing! She was pleasant to work with and removed all the stress from booking my transportation for my wedding. She made sure my guests were shuttled from the hotel to the church and then to the reception. I didnt have to worry about how my guests were going to be where and when, it just happened. Having my guests taken care of brought so much peace of mind.
