Even though I live in New Jersey, I cross the bridge and go to Washington Crossing for all car repairs and maintenance. Trust in mechanics equates to the trust I have in my doctors. WC Auto Repair takes care of my Nissan and Cadillac; they always let me know when they see something that will need to be done soon. Always talk with mechanic before and after he works on my vehicles. Much better than dealers where I only see the service desk clerk. Expert mechanics, of course.

While visiting out of state, we had car trouble (actually recurring problem that nobody else in Florida could resolve). A friend recommended Tom Matthews (or Dr. Tom as he is commonly called) and the mechanics at this shop in Bucks County, PA. We took our Nissan to Tom and left it for the day. He not only accommodated us with a loaner car so we could enjoy our vacation and not miss a day, but he diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it at a very fair price. It's obvious why he has been in business so long; he loves what he does and it shows. All mechanics were very polite. Tom explained in detail but also in terms I could understand, what was wrong and also showed me why it was a more complicated fix. Very happy with these top-gun mechanics.
