      Kickboxing class is amazing! They teach real techniques and it's not just a cardio class. The instructors actually show you proper punching and kicking with real equipment and not just fake bags like you see at the gym. This is the real deal and such a great workout! Great pricing and conveniently located on Route 2 in Warwick, RI - close to shopping so moms can get errands done while the kids are in class.
