I used this company recently and was very disappointed, some of my items were broken, and my furniture Also had alot of scratches that were not there before.Also it was raining the day we moved none of my furniture was covered,I called the company after I inspected everthing and was told they were not liable because they did not pack it. I was supposed to receive a form, was told they probably would not do anything about it.We moved in 4-6 still have not received anything yet.Needless to say I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Great Service

I know every one has their own opinions but I feel as though the people before had the wrong company or didnt give them a chance. I moved right before New Years, the guys were very accomodating and the office help was great. One of my walls got a scratch on it, I called the office that day and on Wednesday a repair company was calling to set up and appt to have it fixed Thursday. I just feel that given the opportunity they make right if something goes wrong. I would use them again and recommend to my friends.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE - MOVERS WERE NOT CAREFUL - MOST ALL FURNITURE WAS SCRATCHED OR DENTED - BOXES MARKED "FRAGILE" WERE TOPED WITH BOXES MARKED "BOOKS - VERY HEAVY" PERHAPS THE MOVERS COULD NOT READ OR JUST DID NOT CARE AS LONG AS THEY RECEIVED THEIR PAY CHECK. I CERTAINLY WAS VERY DISSATISFIED WITH NOT ONLY THE MOVERS, BUT THE OFFICE STAFF THAT I DEALT WITH. QUOTES WERE ERRONEOUSLY GIVEN OVER THE PHONE AND HIDDEN CHARGES WERE APPLIED TO THE FINAL STATEMENT.

We have been in contact with this customer. She was sent a claim form however she chose not to complete for damages. There were not hidden charges added to the bill only storage due to the fact they were unable to get into their home. We are a customer service company however we have policies and procedures we must follow and we are sorry for inconviences this may cause.

very poorly managed

Movers were careless--could not read English--The company was not

considerate of problems of the clients. I would NEVER recommend this company. In fact, I am telling everyone how bad it was.

Horrible experience.
