received service call from Doreen, very helpful and pleasant,she had a service pro at my home within 45 mins. Jarod arrived and within no time found the problem and made repairs. could not have asked for more professional and friendly service. they were my life savers. December 26, 2019 experienced furnace problems resulting in no heat. I called National Refrigeration and they sent someone immediately. David Pignone was our service technician. I can't say enough about how professional, knowledgeable and courteous David was addressing our heating problem.
I recomnend David and National Refrigeration.

Our Split HVAC unit went out during the storm the end of October, the power surge caused several circuit boards to blow out. David Pignone came out initially and diagnosed the problem. We decided to order a new unit. This past week both David and Sean Donahue came out and removed the old unit and replaced with the new HVAC. This team is excellent and a true "Asset" to your company! We will use you again when it comes time for annual cleanings.

I called for "emergency service" on a furnace issue at 9am and nobody ever showed up. The woman who answered every time I called kept giving me the same line of somebody should be there very soon. What a joke.
