I am a costume designer. I buy lots of fabric at Walmart. The quality is the same as Joanne fabrics but the prices are about half. They don't have the largest selection but they have enough to choose from. I design for Bruna Costumes of Providence, R.I. They expect quallity fabrics. They are happy with the choices I made at Walmart for fabric.
