I never write reviews but this place is the BEST!! Breakfast till 2:00 PM Incredible pancakes and great service!!

A new restaurant in Plainfield, CT.....great food, but the service leaves much to be desired. We have been six times (four at breakfast and two at dinner), thinking the service would be better. We have had one waitress twice and the breakfast was incorrect when delivered or items were forgotten both times. The waitress at one of the dinners was so timid, she did not belong waiting on the public (no personality) and items were forgotten! Four of us ordered soup and she delivered three...gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought she would be back with the fourth soup...had to ask where fourth one was. Went to breakfast yesterday and once again, the waitress was clueless. Asked what kind of muffins they had....she had to go check, TWICE!!!! Shouldn't they know before they wait on a table, what they have and don't have????? Very annoying, but the food is good! Hope it gets better with time, as we need this new restaurant in town. I would give 5 stars, if the service was better.

great food, great service, great atmosphere, great...

As a regular customer 5 star rating doesn't do this restaurant justice.The atmosphere and service is always friendly and the food is always the best even for a finicky eater as myself.Once I receive bad service or a bad meal I never return,have been going to Gentlemen's once a week since they opened.And I do tell all my friends about this restaurant.
